Band Bio

Blending blues, rock, and country into a sound of her own, Melinda sings and writes with depth and heart. Melinda grew up in the Steel City of Pittsburgh, PA and now resides in Los Angeles where she is recording her debut album at the House of Blues Studio. She has been the recipient of the Berklee World Scholarship, Aerosmith Endowment Award,received honorable mention in the 2009 Billboard songwriting contest and was named a semi finalist in the 2010 International Songwriting Competition.
